Loyalty and integrity are important. Only if everyone adheres to the applicable rules and laws can we work together successfully in the long term and avert damage to the company, employees and business partners. Incorrect processes and misconduct must therefore be identified at an early stage, dealt with and remedied without delay: for example, violations of our corporate values or antitrust law, corruption, human rights violations, theft, discrimination or bullying.

The whistleblower system of the STÖBICH Group offers employees, business partners and customers the opportunity to report violations of rules - simply, discreetly and anonymously (in German and English). 

Submitting a report: anonymous, secure and fair

You can use the form in the whistleblower system to confidentially report any violations of laws, social standards and internal regulations (e.g. employment contract, Code of Conduct, guidelines). Please clarify internal discrepancies or concerns about our products and services as usual within your department or via Customer Service.

Important: You remain anonymous at all times when providing information; the exchange with the reporting office takes place via a protected mailbox. In this way, we protect the identity of the whistleblower and remain fair. The protection also applies to the person suspected of the violation: The presumption of innocence always applies until proven otherwise, and exculpatory circumstances are also investigated.
